BOOK TYPES AND LITERARY GENRES
In general, all books fall into two categories, either nonfiction or fiction.
Nonfiction books contain factual information, such as biographies, history books and reference works.
Fiction books, on the other hand, are stories made up by authors with elements which are partly or completely imaginary. This category should include drama and poetry as well, although some experts do not totally agree on this.
