If you think no one is watching what you’re doing, you’re wrong. The children in the back seat, observe your actions and reactions and copy them when they get their driving license.
They did a survey in the States, which showed that young drivers are not far off from what their parents do behind the wheel. The good news is that when young drivers face their parents with their bad driving habits, many parents accepted the disapproval and were likely to limit such behavior.
Parents shouldn’t only preach about the culture of driving. Besides drilling their kids, they should also set an example and reconsider speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol, and not fastening their seatbelts. Whether you’re a parent or a teen, customize some rules of driving habits in your family and respect them whenever you turn on the engine. It may save your or someone else’s life.
