Mia
I live in a small village in the Slovenian countryside, and I have to help my parents a lot with farm work and household chores. I don’t go out on Friday evenings because I have to get up early on Saturday mornings and go with mum to the Ljubljana marketplace to sell home-grown vegetables. We come home in the afternoon and I don’t do any household chores, I only meet my friends for an hour or so and get an early night.
On Sunday mornings, I do the laundry and tidy up the house because my parents have a lot of work with feeding the cattle and preparing Sunday lunch that we have together with my grandparents. After lunch, I go to my boyfriend’s and when I come back in the evening I prepare things for school, watch a film, listen to music, or surf the Internet.
